A small cluster west of the Umami hills used from the emergence period into Asuka times. Its 3rd-century mirror tells of the first generation tied to the nascent kingship — on a suburban hill.

Archaeological view
A group of eight mounds (one keyhole, six round, one square). Mound 3, about 15m per side and built in the late 3rd century, contained three wooden coffins and yielded a pictorial-band mirror, iron spear, sword, and arrowheads. Construction in the group continued into the 7th century.
