Managed by the IHA (designated 1901) as the tomb of Prince Nagaya, Minister of the Left forced to death in the 729 plot. The ~15m knoll overlooks the Heguri valley; beneath it lies a leveled 6th-century keyhole mound, leaving the link to the 8th-century prince archaeologically uncertain.
