A large mound beside Uwanarizuka. Tenri City's records date it to the late 6th century.

Stone facing and haniwa are documented, and a fragment of a tuff sarcophagus was recovered.

Archaeological view
An approximately 107m keyhole mound at Isonokami, Tenri. It was a two-tiered mound with a moat and outer bank; traces of an estimated 9–10m horizontal chamber have been identified in the front portion.

This is not an IHA mausoleum; National Historic Site designation is not confirmed.

The mound is preserved. Follow on-site signs and do not enter private land.
