A major mound group in northern Settsu. Its largest member, Oishizuka, is a three-tiered keyhole mound more than 80m long with cylindrical and morning-glory haniwa and stone facing. Mounds in the group have yielded large quantities of iron objects, including armour.
Oishizuka has yielded cylindrical and morning-glory haniwa and stone facing; Koishizuka has haniwa and cylindrical haniwa coffins; Otsuka and other mounds have yielded iron objects including armour.
The five surviving mounds are dispersed through the urban area. The pin marks the group's centre; the leading mound Oishizuka and the weapon-rich Oshishizuka are shown separately. Follow on-site guidance and do not enter mounds or managed enclosures without permission.
