Two views on the occupant
Archaeological view
The only mound in the Takayasu group with a "twin-chamber" structure — two single-flanked corridor chambers joined front to back, totalling 11.2m. The mound is about 20m across and 5.1m high, built in the late 6th century.
Imperial Household Agency view
Not an IHA mausoleum. A Yao City-designated Historic Site (2007), lying outside the designated area of the National Historic Site "Takayasu Senzuka Kofun Group."
