Archaeological view
A square-fronted mound 63m long (rear ~40m) with a 10–14m moat, built in the late 3rd century — the oldest of its type in the Oyamato group. The burial is uninvestigated (possibly lost); early Haji ware and finned cylinders came from the moat.
