Overview
A square mound at Domyoji, Fujiidera, dated by the Agency for Cultural Affairs to the middle phase of the Middle Kofun period.
Finds & research
Cylindrical haniwa came from the shared moat. Two wooden hauling sledges were found in 1978 in the moat between Yashimazuka and Nakayamazuka.
Two views on the occupant
Archaeological view
A 50m-square, 8m-high mound at Domyoji, Fujiidera. It aligns its south edge and shares a moat with Suketayama and Nakayamazuka, dating to the middle part of the Middle Kofun period.
Imperial Household Agency view
Managed by the IHA as a satellite tomb of the Nakatsuhime Nakatsuyama Mausoleum and included in the Mozu-Furuichi World Heritage Site.
