39m keyhole mound (rear 24m dia., 3m high; front 26m wide, 2.5m high) with moat. Early 6th century. The 9th excavation (2016) was the first to confirm a right-flanked horizontal stone chamber in the rear. Contemporaneous with the period of Emperor Keitai's "Enokuni Palace" mentioned in the Nihon Shoki. Shaped haniwa including houses, lids, shields, shrine maidens, horses, dogs, and chickens.
