A National Historic Site with one pit-style stone chamber each in the rear and front. The front burial also contained rich goods including mirrors, beads, weapons, and tools.

The rear and front chambers yielded mirrors, ornaments such as magatama, iron swords, tools including sickles and axes, and haniwa.

Archaeological view
An approximately 98m keyhole mound at Shibayama, Terado-cho, Muko, built in the early 4th century. Its rear is about 54m across and 10m high, and its front about 45m wide. The rear has three tiers, the front two, with stone facing and haniwa rows.

This is not an IHA mausoleum. It was designated a component of the National Historic Site Otokuni Kofun Group on 1 March 2016.
