Officially designated "Sugawara-no-Fushimi-no-Misasagi" and managed by the IHA as the mausoleum of Emperor Suinin (11th Emperor). Access is restricted; exterior viewing from roads along the outer moat is permitted. Famous for a small island within its moat.
