A 40m-diameter round mound surviving at Ko 1-chome in Fujiidera. Many medium and small mounds once surrounded the mausoleum attributed to Emperor Ingyo, but most have disappeared; Miyanominamizuka survives together with Inuizuka and a few others.

Archaeological view
A round mound 40m in diameter, dated to the late 5th century. It is one of the medium and small mounds around Ichinoyama Kofun, the mausoleum attributed to Emperor Ingyo, and is regarded as its satellite. The burial facility and grave goods are unknown.

The Imperial Household Agency manages it as satellite tomb Ha of Emperor Ingyo's Ega-no-Nagano-no-Kita Mausoleum.
