A round mound preserved in a residential area of Fujigaoka 2-chome, Fujiidera, also called Mokkozuka. It was retained during housing development. Fujiidera City dates it to the late 5th century, while its original form and the presence of a moat remain unconfirmed.

The city’s World Heritage description reports a few cylindrical haniwa fragments, while its historic site article says haniwa have not been confirmed. Stone facing, the burial facility and grave goods have not been confirmed.

Imperial Household Agency view
This is not an Imperial Household Agency mausoleum. It was added to the National Historic Site Furuichi Kofun Group in 2001. Most of the mound remains privately owned.
