Managed by the IHA as the Futakamiyama Tomb of Prince Otsu, atop Mt. Nijo's male peak (517m). Forced to die on a treason charge in 686, he is mourned in his sister's Man'yoshu elegies. Scholars favor Toriyaguchi Kofun at the foot as his true grave.
