A 42.5m keyhole mound (also known as Maeyama B No.53) in the Iwahashi Senzuka Kofun Group (Special Historic Site), Wakayama City. One of the group's representative mounds where the interior of the rear horizontal stone chamber (~4.3m high) is open for viewing. Late 6th century.

Archaeological view
42.5m keyhole mound near the summit of Maeyama (~150m elevation). Late 6th century. Contains horizontal stone chambers in both front and rear sections. The rear chamber has a passage, corridor, and inner room reaching ~4.3m from floor to ceiling. Silver rings, beads, iron implements, Sue ware, and horse equipment fragments were recovered. One of the representative mounds in the Iwahashi Senzuka group where the stone chamber interior is open to visitors.
