A 28m round mound in Akashi, Yosano Town — part of the National Historic Site Sakuyama Kofun group (5 mounds). Located within Yosano Town Kofun Park alongside Ebisuyama Kofun (id:297, id:308). Also a constituent property of Japan Heritage "Tango Chirimen Kairo."

Stone paving and haniwa. A composite granite cist yielded a Chinese-style mirror, stone bracelet, curved beads, and a short sword.

Archaeological view
A round mound 28m in diameter and 4m high, two-tiered with stone paving and haniwa, built in the late 4th–early 5th century. The burial was a composite granite cist yielding a Chinese-style mirror, stone bracelet, curved beads, and a short sword. The Sakuyama group comprises five nationally designated mounds — No.1 (round, 28m), No.2 (round, 26m), No.3 (square, 17m), No.4 (keyhole, 29m — the only one), No.5 (square, 13m) — maintained together with the Ebisuyama mounds as a kofun park.

Within Yosano Town Kofun Park alongside the Ebisuyama Kofun Group; free to visit. About 10 min walk from WILLER TRAINS "Oeyamaguchi-Naiku" Station. The area is also the birthplace of Tango Chirimen silk weaving culture.
