The tomb of an armored 5th-century warlord at Anyoji, Ritto. Its front section was mostly lost to 1952 works, but the two-tiered main knoll can still be climbed.

Archaeological view
A scallop-shaped mound 99m long (135m with moat) — Shiga's largest of the form — built in the mid-5th century. A clay-encased deposit in the front section held a full cuirass with shoulder and neck guards, 17 swords, 13 blades, 14 axes and arrowheads, with a spear and leather shield outside; the moat yielded haniwa and one of Japan's largest umbrella-shaped wooden objects (76.2cm, umbrella pine; 2016 survey).
