A group in Kawai-cho and Kimura-cho, Higashiomi. Its two surviving designated mounds, Amagoiyama and Kubotayama, have been restored in Akane Kofun Park.
Finds & research
Stone facing and possible chamber stones were documented at both mounds. Rows of cylindrical haniwa were found at Kubotayama. Their burial structures remain uncertain.

Higashiomi City describes Amagoiyama as a late-5th-century square mound about 65m per side and 11m high, and Kubotayama as a 57m round mound with projections to north and south. Neither burial structure is established, though possible chamber stones were found; a pit-style chamber is inferred at Amagoiyama. Kensaizuka, once considered round, was shown by a 2000 survey to be square, about 65m per side. The two surviving mounds, Amagoiyama and Kubotayama, form the designated prefectural historic site.
