A square-fronted, square-backed mound (zenpo-koho-fun) in Ureshino, Matsusaka City, Mie Prefecture. Mound length 82.2m, with the rear mound 6.0m high; among the largest square-fronted, square-backed mounds in Mie Prefecture. Dating to the second half of the 4th century, the burial facility is a clay-lined coffin chamber. Finds include bronze mirrors, swords, spears, wheel-shaped stones, stone bracelets, tubular stone objects, and jar-shaped pottery. A National Historic Site, important as an early chiefly tomb of the Matsusaka area.
The clay burial yielded three mirrors, a blade, three wheel-shaped stones, eleven stone bracelets, and two tubular stone objects; three spearheads were found outside. The finds are held by the Tokyo National Museum.
