Corridor chamber (main room 2.65m deep, 2.25m high). Grave goods: comma-beads, tubular beads, cut-crystal beads, silver ear rings, cups, pedestal cups, a spouted jar, and a knife.

A round mound ~20m across of the late 6th century with an open chamber (2.65m deep) — the sole survivor of the dozen-strong Sakiyama group, and Inami Town's largest and best-preserved late kofun.
